How to Clean Lionfish

My daughter Kelsey Muller’s boyfriend killed his first Lionfish! Here in Westmoreland, Jamaica, I show Kelsey and Chris Sun how to properly clean the small venomous Lionfish. I actually made a mistake missing some of the small anal venomous spines.

We later ate the lionfish at a Sushi Restaurant called Ocean Tide Restaurant.
