Lionfish Hunting Florida
Because Lionfish are so devastating, it is unlikely that the population of these predators will be kept in check by natural means in the future. In addition to their high reproductive potential, voracious appetites and lack of natural predators in North America, Lionfish are incredibly hardy and can exist at a variety of depths and different type of habitat conditions, leaving few options other than human intervention. This is where lionfish hunting comes in.
