Cooking Lionfish at Paradise Resort Hotel in Roatan, Honduras

On our Thanksgiving holiday, we went and stayed at the Paradise Hotel. During the day, I would hunt lionfish, and I speared many Lionfish. I had to find a place to get my Lionfish cooked and Christopher, the Head Chef of the Cayuco Bar and Grill, came to the rescue. Even though Christopher did not speak in English, we worked things out. He made fried Lionfish and also grilled Lionfish, which was wonderful to eat. My wife Andrea Muller, helped me with the filming of this video, and we had different angles.
