Ritz Carlton – Grand Cayman – Preparing & Cooking Lionfish – Ceviche

Muller, Jr., International Lionfish Hunter, reporting for Lionfish University and filming the Ritz Carlton Head Chef Carlos Sierra and Sous Chef Juan, while they are preparing Lionfish Ceviche. Menno Verschuur, Scuba Instructor and the reservation manager of DiveTech in Grand Cayman was in the audience with Andrea Muller to enjoy the three style Lionfish tasting menu.
